CS:GO Confirmed

Get your champagne glasses out because it’s time to celebrate. For the little ones, just give them some juice boxes, sugar, or chocolate because  the news we were all awaiting has finally been revealed.  Last week Valve told the world that Couter-Strike: Global Offensive is confirmed to be the next game in the Counter-Strike series.

Few pro-gamers have been able to see the game and play it for themselves; however, they have been pleasing the community dropping info about the game left and right. If you are one of the few who was able to get into the beta expect to be able to play sometime around  late August or early September.

Below is a list of the confirmed features we know of so far. Remember this game is still in development and some of these features can be altered or removed.

  • Ammo doesn’t need to be bought (like CS:S)
  • SourceTV not currently a priority

  • New shotgun
  • New taser melee weapon – one use only, one hit kill
  • New heavy machine gun rifle
  • New pistols
